Workout Punch is an acoustic augmented reality app where real-time sound effects are played as you punch (i.e. it detects a punching motion and plays sound effects in sync with your punching). It also measures your punching rate and calories burned for a full workout.
To use the app:
1. You put your iPhone/iPod in your pocket
2. Press the Start button on the app
3. Punch!
When complete, press the Stop button and all of your stats will be shown.
Requires iOS 5.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
